Oliver, the founder of BOZO, was a Deliveroo rider four years ago. During that time, he noticed that many people were asking if they knew someone with a Deliveroo account they could borrow, as they were on the waitlist.

Simultaneously, Oliver realized there were also people who no longer used their accounts. Seeing an opportunity, he decided to act as a middleman for Deliveroo rider accounts and set up an agency as a platform where people could find substitutes and access available Deliveroo accounts. Since BOZO’s creation, the agency has provided over 250 accounts to more than 350 riders over the past three years.
